The Financial Services Lawyers Association (FSLA) and Linklaters would like to invite you to attend an evening seminar on Wednesday 3rd May, 6.30pm, to be followed by a drinks reception.
Speakers from Linklaters and the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) will discuss key areas of cross-over between the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) which came into force on 3 July 2016 and the recast Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) which will come into force on 3 January 2018. Topics will include surveillance, data and record keeping, investment recommendations and inducements. The seminar will also cover the standalone topic of market soundings.
The seminar will be held at Linklaters’ offices: 1 Silk St, London, EC2Y 8HQ. Registration will be from 6pm with the talk starting at 6.30pm.
