March 5 – Trends in Enforcement seminar

Blackstone Chambers and the Financial Services Lawyers Association would like to invite you to attend an evening seminar on Thursday, 5 March 2015, 6-8pm, to be followed by a drinks reception. This event will be held at the Royal Society of Arts and is CPD accredited.

The seminar will be chaired by Charles Flint QC of Blackstone Chambers and will include presentations from a panel comprising:

Panellists will address a broad range of issues impacting enforcement in the financial services sector, including:

  • LIBOR, Forex and criminal proceedings
  • Recent decisions of the Upper Tribunal

During the 90 minute seminar, the speakers will explain the latest thinking on how to tackle some of the most difficult issues in enforcement disputes.
