Trends in Enforcement – a Blackstone Chambers/FSLA evening seminar

Blackstone Chambers and the Financial Services Lawyers Association would like to invite you to attend an evening seminar on Wednesday, 5 March 2014, 6-8pm. The seminar will be chaired by Charles Flint QC of Blackstone Chambers and will include presentations from a panel comprising:

  • Caroline Binham, Financial Times Legal Correspondent
  • Simon Dodds, Deputy General Counsel, Deutsche Bank
  • Javan Herberg QC, Barrister, Blackstone Chambers
  • Martyn Hopper, Partner, Linklaters
  • Tracey McDermott, Head of Enforcement, FCA

Panellists will address a broad range of issues impacting enforcement in the financial services sector, including:

  • RDC hearings: tactics and pitfalls
  • FCA enforcement priorities for 2014
  • The internationalisation of enforcement
  • Handling cross-border regulation: the EU and US.

During the 90 minute CPD accredited seminar, the speakers will explain the latest thinking on how to tackle some of the most difficult issues in enforcement disputes. The seminar is being held at The London Transport Museum, Covent Garden, WC2E 7BB. Registration will be from 6pm with the talks starting promptly at 6.30pm.
